Cancellation and refunds:
- In the unlikely situation that the Congress is cancelled by a government decision due to epidemic or other reasons the registration fees will be fully refunded.
- Personal registration cancelation is otherwise only possible in writing before 15th August 2022. In this case administrative costs of 50 € will be charged. After this deadline no refunding is possible. For personal cancelation please contact Antana PCO, nina.bernard@antana-pco.com.
- Payment can be made either by bank transfer or by credit card.
